It’s not all bad, but it’s not all good
The setting is remarkable. Watching a bear stroll across the lawn left us awestruck. Plus, the spacious room featured a lovely balcony overlooking the river, making relaxation effortless.
Unfortunately, cleanliness was an issue. We encountered dirty floors and reports of unkempt bathrooms. the breakfast lacked variety, making it hard to find suitable options.

Super relaxing stay!
Just back from 2 nights in the honeymoon suite. Loved the private balcony overlooking the river! The soaking tub and fireplace were such cozy touches. Staff was super friendly—shoutout to Grayson! Breakfast was pretty good too, with a nice spread. Just wish there were a full-length mirror in the room. loved it!

The place is so cozy with a lovely creek behind it! I loved sleeping with the windows open. No bugs in sight-now that's a win!
The AC had a charming old smell at first-like a grumpy grandparent. And the pool? Let’s just say my kids were braver than I was in that chilly water!

6/10
We stayed three nights in the King Room with Fireplace, and lemme tell you, that creek sound outside was pure magic! Mad cozy just sittin’ on the balcony sippin’ coffee. Breakfast? Coulda been better, same ol’ thing each day. Oh, and they need to step it up with that WiFi, was spotty at times.

We had een really nice time, the kamer with the fireplace was so gezellig and warm, perfect for the koude nights. The service was also top-notch, everyone was so vriendelijk and ready to help with alles. Alleen, the WiFi was a bit on the slow side, making it difficult to plan our day outs.

Gatlinburg vibes and bear sightings! 🐻🌲
Chilled on the balcony with stunning creek views, lekker brekkie options for just $5, and super friendly staff. We saw a bear on our stroll! What a vibe!
Just have to say the mattress was a bit sore on the back, a bit worn out, if you know what I mean.

Cozy stay with beautiful creek views
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, particularly the spacious room with a lovely creekside view that was perfect for relaxation. The pool area was amazing, especially with the kids enjoying the slides, creating memorable moments. Breakfast offered a delightful range of options, but it could be improved as there were limited choices. it was a wonderful escape, just a short distance from the main attractions.

The location was perfect for exploring Gatlinburg, with attractions like Anakeesta and the Guinness World Records Adventure just a short walk away. I enjoyed the beautiful creekside view from my balcony, and the rustic cabin decor added a nice touch to the experience. there were some cleanliness issues in the room that could be addressed, and the mattress wasn't the comfiest. All in all, it was a nice stay for a family getaway.

The room was larger than a polar bear's hug, with a comfy king bed that felt like sleeping on a cloud. The view from the balcony overlooking the creek was the cherry on top, lulling us to sleep with the soothing sounds of rushing water. The staff was so friendly, they could probably sell ice to an Eskimo!

The creekside balcony offers a relaxing view, perfect for unwinding after a day of adventure. Rooms feature comfortable king beds and updated bathrooms that add a nice touch to the stay.
The hotel has signs of age. The carpets and furnishings show wear, which might not sit well with everyone. Some visitors may find the water pressure in the shower lacking, and the remote for the TV can be tricky to use. The bed could use heavier blankets-I've had to buy one to keep warm during my stay.
